Is Chuckra Store Secure?

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest user. However, if you create an account with us, you'll be able to:

Check out faster
Save multiple shipping addresses
Access your order history
Track new orders
Save items to your wish list

I cannot log in to my Chuckra Store account. What should I do?

The Chuckra Online Shop was upgraded on 15/03/2010.

If you registered on Chuckra Online Shop prior to 15/03/2010 this would have been in our old shop. Therefore you will need to create an account as a new user in our new Chuckra Store. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience exprienced.

You can place an order as a guest user should you prefer not to create an account.

If you registered in the new Chuckra Store (15/03/2010 onwards):

When trying to login, your email address must be entered with only lowercase letters i.e. no capital letters.

You may have forgotten your password. If so, you can request that your password be reset by clicking on the link below the login boxes that says Forgot your password?

If you are given the error message 'No account was found with the email address...' when trying to reset your password, you will need to Create an account accordingly.

The Chuckra Store is separate from our other websites and therefore you cannot login to the Chuckra Store with the same account that you use on any of our other Chuckra sites.

Hint: You can however provide the same email address and password when setting up the separate accounts to make it easier for you to remember your login details to the two separate systems.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes, certainly. Just call 020 8123 7911 between 8am - 8pm GMT.

How quickly will I receive my order?

How can I download my order?

Click on the link provided in your order confirmation email to 'Download Files'.

Go to 'View Order Status' in the options provided on the My Account page.

You should see a link 'Download Files' next to each download item that you ordered.
